Governor Gregoire recently appointed Michael Spearman to Division One of the Court of Appeals, where he will fill the seat being vacated by Judge Anne Ellington, who is retiring. The governor also appointed Lauren Siddoway to Division Three of the Court of Appeals, where he will fill the seat being vacated by Judge John Schultheis, who is retiring.
