About me

A bit about me

I am a shareholder of Carney Badley Spellman, P.S., a law firm in Seattle, Washington, where I devote most of my time to civil appeals. My 15 years of appellate experience has involved various types of cases, including personal injury, products liability, insurance, health care, commercial disputes, divorce, and more. I represent both plaintiffs and defendants and have handled appeals in the Washington Supreme Court, in all three divisions of the Washington State Court of Appeals, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
